All participation in the Borders Open Oredi campaign (“campaign”) is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). Entry into this campaign shall be deemed as acceptance of these T&Cs, including any additions, variations and modifications thereto.
- By entering the campaign, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs, and accept that any noncompliance with or breach of these T&Cs may disqualify them and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and the terms of any materials relating to the campaign, these T&Cs shall prevail.
- NIUM may at any time at its absolute discretion, without any notice or reason therefore: (a) withdraw, add to or alter any of the prizes; (b) suspend, withdraw or terminate the campaign; or (c) delete, vary, supplement, or modify these T&Cs in such manner as NIUM deems fit, including without limitation, the eligibility of participants, the bases and methods of identification of any winner(s) and any dates in connection with the campaign, the campaign period. NIUM shall not be liable to for any loss, claims or damage suffered by any person as a result of the aforementioned changes. Any amendments to the T&Cs will be posted on the Instarem Official Facebook
- Campaign participation period starts from 22 April 2022 and ends on 30 June 2022 (both dates inclusive)
- To be eligible for the Campaign, participants will need to meet all criteria stated below:
- amaze card holders who have successfully signed up for the amaze card before 30 June 2022, 23.59 GMT +8;
- and, amaze card holders who have successfully transacted a minimum of SGD 200 on eligible Campaign spend as detailed in Annex A – Campaign requirements;
- amaze card holders who have successfully completed the Campaign social mechanics as detailed in Annex A – Campaign requirements.
- All participants that meet these criteria will be eligible to win. 3 lucky winners will get cashback equal to the total eligible spends they made during the campaign, capped at SGD 1,000. For e.g. If the winner spent SGD 700 in the campaign period, they will get SGD 700 as cashback. If they spend SGD 1,100, they will get SGD 1,000 as cashback.
- For eligible spends criteria, please refer to Eligible campaign spends detailed in Annex A – Campaign requirements.
- The Campaign cashback rewarded to the winners for this Campaign will be capped at SGD 1,000 and will be in addition to the quarterly amaze cashback. The Campaign cashback rule is detailed in Annex B – cashback rule
- Each participant may enter the Campaign with one chance and is only eligible to win one prize once in the entire Campaign.
- Winners will be notified within 30 days after the last day of the Campaign, via email, using the email address provided by the participant. Winners will be disqualified if they cannot be contacted by reasonable means or fails to respond within 60 days after the last day of the Campaign. In that event, NIUM reserves the right to select another winner.
- NIUM’s decision on all matters regarding the Campaign is final, conclusive and binding, and no enquiries or appeals, either verbal or written, shall be entertained. All participants in the campaign shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by NIUM concerning, without limitation, these T&Cs, the rules, procedures and regulations of the Campaign, the award of prizes and any other matters relating to the Campaign.
- Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable, and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. NIUM accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the prize winnings.
- Prizes are subject to availability and NIUM has the right to substitute any prize for another prize of equal or greater value.
- Participants shall not, without the prior written approval of NIUM, speak to, give interview or comments relating to the campaign to the press or any other media.
- Campaign winners consent to NIUM disclosing and/or publishing his/her data, including but not limited to name and photographs in any manner which NIUM may deem fit for publicity purposes, and agrees to co-operate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities conducted by NIUM relating to the Campaign.
- NIUM shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death in the connection with the Campaign, or any prize.
- By participating in the Campaign, participants are deemed to have agreed with NIUM’s data protection and privacy policy with regards to the collection, processing, use, disclosure of any personal data which it may obtain during this Campaign.
- All contact details provided pursuant to the Campaign may be used by NIUM in its sole discretion for future marketing related programs. Without prejudice to these T&Cs, all participants in the Campaign expressly and irrevocably permit and authorise NIUM to disclose, reveal and divulge information regarding their particulars to the parties involved in organising, promoting and conducting the Campaign.
- These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
- A person who is not a participant shall have no right to enforce any of these T&Cs
Annex A – Campaign Requirements

Annex B – Cashback Rule
- You may be eligible for cashback up to SGD 1,000 processed by us under the amaze card in SGD if all the following conditions have been satisfied:
- the total amount spent on your amaze card during the campaign period is at least SGD 200 (or currency equivalent);
- your amaze card has not expired or has not been terminated before or on the day we pay out the cashback to you;
- the transaction does not constitute a refund, chargeback or fall under any of the merchant category codes set out in MCC Exclusions;
- the transaction is not performed as a cash withdrawal or to top up a third-party card or virtual account, for example GrabPay wallet.
- The maximum amount of cashback you are entitled to for this Campaign is capped at SGD 1,000 and will be equivalent to the amount of eligible spends made by you in the campaign period.
- The cashback will be credited into your amaze card wallet within 60 days from the announcement of winners.
