‘Refer an SME’ Promotion (“Promotion”) is brought to you by Nium Pte Ltd. and associated entities (formerly known as Instarem Pte. Limited – “Instarem”). Please read these terms and conditions before participating in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, you, as a Participant, and all the Participant(s) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and you satisfy all eligibility requirements as provided below:
- As a Participant in the Promotion, you must be at least 18 years of age and living.
- This Promotion is applicable to the territory of the United States of America only.
- SME(s) can participate in the Promotion by making a transaction through the website and/or mobile app.
- This offer is valid only for corporate accounts of Referrer & Referee.
- The Referrer must have a registered account with Instarem to participate in this Promotion.
- ‘SME Referral Program Promotion: Refer SMEs successfully and get a Prezzee gift card worth USD 100 for every SME you refer.
- Referee must sign up with Instarem during the promotion period between November 25, 2021; 00:00:00 (GMT-8) and December 31, 2021; 23:59:59 (GMT-8).
- A “successful referral” is one whereby the referred client has completed their first transaction successfully, without any related cancellations, rejections or unpaid transactions within the campaign period.
2 Steps to Refer SMEs
- Click on the Referral Form
- Enter the details of the SME you want to refer.
- This offer is valid from November 25, 2021; 00:00:00 (GMT-8) until December 31, 2021; 23:59:59 (GMT-8).
- Signups from employees of a referred SME will not be eligible for the promotion. This promotion is only applicable to SMEs who successfully open an account with Instarem and make a successful transaction.
- Once the Referred SMEs are approved, they must make a successful transaction. Their transactions need to be within Instarem’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- Current Instarem employees are not eligible to participate in this offer.
- Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions may result in the disqualification of the entry in the Promotion.
- In case 2 existing Instarem SME clients refer the same SME, The Instarem SME client who referred the new SME first, shall be considered for the promotion.
- The Referred SME will need to make a transfer of a minimum amount as defined as per the applicable Terms & Conditions for more information refer to https://www.Instarem.com/info/international-money-transfer-limits
- An SME(s) will be eligible for Prezzee gift cards if they meet all of the above criteria.
- Current Instarem employees are not eligible to participate in this offer.
- Instarem reserves the right to choose eligible entries of the Promotion and will not and does not have any obligations under any circumstances to explain the choice of eligible entries.
- Instarem expressly reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice to add and/or alter, modify, change or vary all or in part, this Promotion or to cancel the Promotion altogether.
- Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions may result in the disqualification of the entry in the Promotion.
- This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, or any other social media platform.
Gratification Details:
- SME(s) will receive their Prezzee Gift cards within 20-45 business days once the referred SME does his first successful transfer.
- The Prezzee gift card will be valid for one year from the date of receipt.
- Validity of the gift card cannot be extended & a missing gift card won’t be replaced.
