Instarem SME Campaign – Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Instarem SME Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Nium Pte. Ltd. (“Instarem”). By participating in this Campaign, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. Instarem reserves the right to modify, terminate, or amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
CAMPAIGN PERIOD
- This Campaign starts on 17 April 2024 at 00:00 SGT and ends on 16 June 2024, 11:59 PM SGT (“Qualifying Period”).
CAMPAIGN ELIGIBILITY
- Participation in this Campaign is open to recipients of the Instarem EDM invitation (“Participant”) only.
- Transactions may be sent by Participant(s) to their intended recipient in any currency. However, the volume of transactions will be measured in United States Dollar (USD) equivalents based on the currency exchange rate determined by Instarem.
- Rewards will be calculated based on total transaction volume accumulated throughout the duration of the Qualifying Period.
- In the event of a cancelled transaction, the volume corresponding to that transaction will not be included in the overall cumulative total.
- Participants who perform a send transaction using their Instarem SME account during the Qualifying Period will be awarded the bonus reward (“Reward”) in table below.

REWARD MECHANISM
- Rewards will be credited to the Instarem Account Balance of Participant(s) who achieve the eligible transaction volume.
- Rewards will be distributed within 60 days following the conclusion of the Campaign.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Instarem may at its sole and absolute discretion at any time and without prior notice to you: (a) amend or vary the Terms; (b) forfeit, disqualify or refuse to allow any user to participate in the Campaign without having to provide any reasons or justifications; and/or (c) modify, withdraw or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Campaign or any part thereof. Instarem is not obliged to provide any reason, explanation, or clarification to anyone, regardless of their participation in the Campaign. Any decision made by Instarem in relation to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal review shall not be entertained.
- Instarem will not be liable or responsible for any issues with any network, software provider or any technical limitations or breakdown that adversely affect your participation in the Campaign.
- Instarem will not be liable or responsible to you for any claims of loss or damage including loss of business, revenue or profits, or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Campaign.
- Any collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for this Campaign will be in accordance with Instarem’s privacy policy, a copy of which may be accessed on the Instarem app or https://www.instarem.com/terms-policies/.
- The terms and conditions relating to the use of the Instarem account continue to apply and are incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which may be accessed on the Instarem app or https://www.instarem.com/terms-policies/.
- In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these Terms and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or Campaign materials relating to the Campaign, these Terms shall prevail.
