Amaze card 11. 11 promotion – Terms and conditions

The Amaze 11.11 promotion (“promotion”) is brought to you by Nium Pte Ltd. and associated entities (formerly known as Instarem Pte. Limited – “Instarem”). Please read these Terms and Conditions before participating in the promotion.

By participating in the promotion, you, as a Participant, and all the Participant(s) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and you satisfy all eligibility requirements as provided below:

As a participant in the promotion, you must be at least 18 years of age.
This promotion is applicable to the territory and the residents of Singapore only.
User(s) can participate in the promotion by making a transaction through the physical or virtual Amaze card.

Amaze 11.11 promotion: “Promotion” mechanics    

The Amaze 11.11 promotion starts on Thursday, November 11, 2021, at 00:00 SGT and ends on Sunday, November 14, 2021, 23:59 SGT (“Promotion Period”).
Participant(s) can charge eligible transactions (as defined below) using their Amaze card during the campaign period to be eligible for an additional 1% cashback. Cashback is capped at S$11 based on cumulative spends during the Promotion Period.
An “Eligible Spend” refers to all posted transactions transacted by the Participant(s) through their Amaze card during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible Spend does not include the following:
- a) Transactions that are subjected to refunds and chargebacks;
- b) Any transactions made by the Participant to top-up other prepaid cards and/or virtual online accounts such as Grab Wallet;
- c) Any cash withdrawals; and
- d) Transactions below the value of S$5.00;.
For avoidance of doubt, the date on which the transaction is submitted or posted may differ from the actual date the transaction was made and Instarem is not liable for any late submission or transaction posting of any merchant that might affect the Promotion.
Refunded or cancelled transactions will be deducted from the relevant billed amount taken into consideration for the computation of Eligible Spend.
Instarem reserves the right to change the terms and/or to withdraw the promotion at any time and does not owe any clarification to any individual(s) or organisation(s).
Instarem reserves the right to determine Eligible Transactions and will not and does not have any obligations under any circumstances to explain its determination to any Participant(s).
In case of any discrepancy, the final decision would rest with Instarem.
Instarem expressly reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to add and/or alter, modify, change or vary, all or in part, this promotion, or to cancel the promotion altogether.
This promotion does not apply to Amaze transactions made to top-up prepaid wallets and cards such as the GrabPay Wallet. The promotion also excludes refunds on the Amaze card, or any restricted use cases including betting (lottery tickets, casino gaming, off-track betting and wagers at racetracks), transactions related to manual or automated cash disbursement in Singapore.

Gratification details

Participant(s) who, during the Promotional Period perform Eligible Transactions, will receive the cashback latest by 25 Jan 2022.
The maximum cashback a participant can receive for this promotion is S$11.
