My eSIM is not activated. What should I do?

Please note that your eSIM will only get activated when you have reached your travel destination and is connected to a mobile network. If eSIM is still not activated, you can do the following checks:
- Ensure mobile data and data roaming are turned on.
- Ensure Data roaming for the eSIM is turned ON, not data for your main SIM card.
