Instarem and amaze FX Promotion (20 Oct to 20 Nov 2023) – Terms & Conditions

 

  • This Instarem amaze FX promotion (“Promotion”) is organised and provided by Nium Pte. Ltd. (“Instarem”). The Terms and Conditions set out herein (“Terms”) govern this Promotion.
  • Please read the Terms carefully before participating in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, you agree and consent to be bound by these Terms and to receive notifications from Instarem regarding the Promotion.

 

WHAT IS THE PROMOTION?

  • This Promotion starts on 20 October 2023 at 00:00 SGT and ends on 20 Nov 2023, 12:00 PM SGT (“Qualifying Period”).
  • You (“Eligible User”) must have received an EDM from Instarem to participate in this promotion. The invitation to participate is not transferable.
  • Subject to the Terms herein, participants who spend a total of 1,000 SGD-equivalent in foreign currency transaction using their Instarem amaze card with a linked card as primary payment method (“Qualifying Spend”) during the Qualifying Period will be awarded 1,500 bonus InstaPoints.

 

“Qualifying Spend” refers to:

  • Any retail transaction (including face-to-face or online purchases) made with amaze with a linked card as primary payment method;
  • Has a minimum value of 10 SGD-equivalent in foreign currency per transaction;
  • Qualifying Spend must be made on the Instarem amaze card issued to the Eligible User.
  • Transaction date is based on Singapore Timing (UTC +08:00) and must be posted during the Qualifying Period for the spend to be qualified;
  • Cancelled, declined, refunded or unpaid transactions (whether in part or in full) will not be considered for the computation of Qualifying Spend;
  • For avoidance of doubt, MCCs that are excluded from InstaPoints (https://www.instarem.com/blog/terms-and-conditions/mcc-exclusions/) are eligible for the computation of Qualifying Spend.
  • Eligible Users who participate in the Promotion and make the Qualifying Spend within the Qualifying Period will have 1,500 bonus InstaPoints credited to their Instarem account, within 30 days of the end of the Qualifying Period (i.e. by 20 December 2023).
  • Bonus InstaPoints will expire within twelve (12) months of crediting.

 

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Instarem may at its sole and absolute discretion at any time and without prior notice to you: (a) amend or vary the Terms; (b) forfeit, disqualify or refuse to allow any user to participate in the Promotion without having to provide any reasons or justifications; and/or (c) modify, withdraw or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promotion or any part thereof. Instarem is not obliged to provide any reason, explanation, or clarification to anyone, regardless of their participation in the Promotion. Any decision made by Instarem in relation to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal review shall not be entertained.
  • Instarem will not be liable or responsible for any issues with any network, software provider or any technical limitations or breakdown that adversely affect your participation in the Promotion.
  • Instarem will not be liable or responsible to you for any claims of loss or damage including loss of business, revenue or profits, or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Promotion.
  • Any collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for this Promotion will be in accordance with Instarem’s privacy policy, a copy of which may be accessed on the Instarem app or https://www.instarem.com/terms-policies/.
  • The terms and conditions relating to the use of the Instarem account, InstaPoints and the Instarem amaze card continue to apply and are incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which may be accessed on the Instarem app or https://www.instarem.com/terms-policies/.
  • In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these Terms and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.
  • These Terms shall be governed by the law of Singapore and all participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
