Why did my payment with the Instarem Business Card fail?

Payment can fail due to multiple reasons, including: 

  1. Insufficient funds – The funds in the wallet are not sufficient to process payment.  
  1. Your transaction may be blocked because the Admin has set specific rules for your card. This could include: 

a. Restricted merchant categories (e.g., Travel, Entertainment) 

b. Limitations on foreign currency transactions (only SGD allowed) 

c. Other spending restrictions set by the Admin 


        Check your card settings and try again.
