What’s the monthly redemption limit on InstaPoints?
The monthly limit only applies to the higher-value redemptions.
- For 5 SGD cashback (1,000 InstaPoints): No monthly limit – redeem as often as you’d like.
- For 25 SGD cashback (2,000 InstaPoints) and money transfer discount: Shared monthly limit.
Important: You can redeem only one of these higher-value rewards per calendar month. If you redeem 25 SGD cashback in a month, you cannot redeem the transfer discount in the same month, and vice versa.
Once you’ve used up your monthly redemption, the redemption screen in the app will show, “Available to redeem next month”.
