AMAZE HOLIDAYS SPEND PROMOTION (27 MAY 2026 TO 21 JULY 2026) – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This amaze Holidays Spend promotion (“Promotion”) is organised and provided by Nium Pte. Ltd. (“Instarem”). The Terms and Conditions set out herein (“Terms”) govern this Promotion.
2. Please read the Terms carefully before participating in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, you agree and consent to be bound by these Terms and to receive notifications from Instarem regarding the Promotion.

WHAT IS THE PROMOTION?

3. This Promotion starts on 27 May 2026 at 00:00 SGT and ends on 21 July 2026, 23:59 SGT (“Promotion Period”) and only eligible for Singapore residents at least 18 years of age.

FX SPEND REWARD

4. Participant(s) who make amaze transaction(s) with a minimum foreign currency spend (“Qualifying Spend”) in the table below during the Promotion Period in each week will be awarded the reward according to each spending tier on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Participants will be grouped according to the Qualifying Spend of each tier at the end of each week and will qualify for the reward if they are amongst the first users who have completed the total spend amount.
   1. The first 75 participants to reach the Tier 1 spend, the first 24 to reach Tier 2, and the first participant to reach Tier 3 at the end of each week will receive the corresponding reward. Each participant may win once per week — for example, a participant who spends S$3.8k in Week 1 wins the Rimowa luggage, and if they spend S$2.9k in Week 2 and are among the first 24 users, they also win the S$50 Scoot Voucher.
6. The rewards will be fulfilled within the following month after the campaign ends.
7. Participant must agree to the Instarem and amaze card terms and conditions and Instarem’s privacy policy.
8. Participant(s) must fulfil the Qualifying Spend within the Promotion Period to receive the bonus KrisFlyer miles, Scoot voucher or Rimowa Essential Lite Cabin Luggage.
9. Maximum InstaPoints a participant can receive under this promotion is 1,500 InstaPoints a week.

10. Qualifying Spend must be made on the Instarem amaze card issued to the eligible user.
11. Transaction date is based on Singapore Time (UTC +08:00) and must be posted during the Promotion Period to count as Qualifying Spend.
12. Cancelled, declined, refunded or unpaid transactions (whether in part or in full) will not be considered for the computation of Qualifying Spend. Where transactions counted towards Qualifying Spend are subsequently cancelled, declined, refunded or charged back, Instarem reserves the right to disqualify the participant and reclaim any reward already issued.
13. Each participant may only participate in this Promotion using one (1) Instarem amaze Card account registered in their name. Participants found to have registered or used multiple accounts, or to have acted in collusion or coordinated with other participants for the purpose of gaming the Promotion, will be disqualified and any rewards withheld or reclaimed.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

14. InstaPoints expire within twelve (12) months of being credited.
15. Instarem may at its sole and absolute discretion at any time and without prior notice to you: (a) amend or vary the Terms; (b) forfeit, disqualify or refuse to allow any user to participate in the Promotion without having to provide any reasons or justifications; and/or (c) modify, withdraw or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promotion or any part thereof.
16. Instarem is not obliged to provide any reason, explanation, or clarification to anyone, regardless of their participation in the Promotion.
17. Any decision made by Instarem in relation to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal review shall not be entertained.
18. Instarem will not be liable or responsible for any issues with any network, software provider or any technical limitations or breakdown that adversely affect your participation in the Promotion.
19. Instarem will not be liable or responsible to you for any claims of loss or damage including loss of business, revenue or profits, or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Promotion.
20. Instarem reserves the right to extend or cancel the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.
21. Any collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for this Promotion will be in accordance with Instarem’s privacy policy, a copy of which may be accessed on the Instarem app or https://www.instarem.com/terms-policies/.
22. The terms and conditions relating to the use of the Instarem account, InstaPoints and the Instarem amaze card continue to apply and are incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which may be accessed on the Instarem app or https://www.instarem.com/terms-policies/.
23. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these Terms and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.
24. In the event a participant is found to have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conducted, or gamed the Promotion, Instarem reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the Promotion, withhold or reclaim any reward, and take such further action as it considers appropriate.
