Once I set up a recurring transfer, how will it be sent out?
Once you set up a recurring transfer on your Instarem Singapore app, it will be sent to your recipient on recurring basis as per your schedule. Here’s how it works:
- We’ll notify you 3 days before and send a reminder 1 day before the upcoming recurrence.
- We’ll apply our best FX rate available within the 24 hours prior to the transfer (up to 1% higher than the current rate) so that you get the most value out of it.
- Your linked bank account will be used to withdraw funds in SGD. Please ensure that you have sufficient balance in your account to cover the transfer.
- The transfer will automatically go out at 11 am on your chosen date.
If you change your mind, you’ll be able to edit or pause the recurrence up to 24 hours before the transfer time.
