INSTAREM BUSINESS CARD WELCOME BONUS PROMOTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This Instarem Business Card Welcome Bonus (“Promotion”) is organised by Nium Pte. Ltd. and its affiliated entities (collectively, “Instarem”). The Terms and Conditions set out herein (“Terms”) govern this Promotion.
- Please read the Terms carefully before participating in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, you agree and consent to be bound by these Terms and to receive notifications from Instarem regarding the Promotion.
WHAT IS THE PROMOTION?
- This Promotion starts on 5 February 2026 at 00:00 SGT and ends on 30 April 2026 at 11:59 SGT (“Qualifying Period”).
- Subject to the Terms herein, participants who make their first-time transaction using the Instarem Business Card between 5 February and 30 April 2026 will be eligible to receive SGD 50 cashback on all spend, except for transactions falling under the Merchant Category Codes listed below (or the foreign currency equivalent, converted to SGD and rounded down to the nearest whole SGD) (the “Qualifying Spend”):

Instarem does not have a say in the assignation of these codes. A merchant’s registered MCC may not always correspond with its nature of business.
- The Qualifying Spend is for at least SGD 1 (or foreign currency equivalent).
- The transaction does not constitute a refund, chargeback or fall under any of the merchant category codes set out in the table above.
- Transaction date is based on Singapore Time (UTC +08:00) and must be posted during the Promotion Period to count as Qualifying Spend.
- This applies to new and existing Instarem Business users who have yet to make any transactions with their Business Card.
- To qualify for cashback under this Promotion, a minimum spend of SGD 100 cumulative is required. This cumulative minimum spend will be applicable across all Instarem Business Cards issued to a company during the Qualifying Period.
- The min. spend of SGD 100 will be excluded from any existing promotions happening concurrently during the Promotion Period e.g. A cumulative spend of SGD 200, means SGD 50 will be rewarded for the first SGD 100 and the remaining SGD 100 will be calculated for any other promotion.
- Cashback is paid on the 25th of the following month after the end of the Promotion. We will credit all cashback you are entitled to receive to your Instarem Business Card Wallet on the 25th of the following month after the end of the Promotion. For example, we will credit all cashback payable to you between February and April 2026 to your Instarem Business Card Wallet by the 25th of May, 2026.
- To qualify as a participant in the Promotion, you must, during the Qualifying Period in Singapore:
- be at least 18 years of age;
- own a registered and approved corporate Instarem account; and
- have a registered and approved Instarem Business card.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Instarem may at its sole and absolute discretion at any time and without prior notice to you: (a) amend or vary the Terms; (b) forfeit, disqualify or refuse to allow any user to participate in the Promotion without having to provide any reasons or justifications; and/or (c) modify, withdraw or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promotion or any part thereof. Instarem is not obliged to provide any reason, explanation, or clarification to anyone, regardless of their participation in the Promotion.
- Any decision made by Instarem in relation to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal review shall not be entertained.
- Instarem will not be liable or responsible for any issues with any network, software provider or any technical limitations or breakdown that adversely affect your participation in the Promotion.
- Instarem will not be liable or responsible to you for any claims of loss or damage including loss of business, revenue or profits, or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Promotion.
- Any collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for this Promotion will be in accordance with Instarem’s privacy policy, a copy of which may be accessed here https://www.instarem.com/info/all-policies.
- The terms and conditions relating to the use of the Instarem Business account, and the Instarem Business Card continue to apply and are incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which may be accessed here https://www.instarem.com/info/all-policies.
- In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these Terms and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.
- These Terms shall be governed by the law of Singapore and all participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
