INSTAREM BUSINESS CARD 5% CASHBACK PROMOTION (Feb-Apr) – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This Instarem Business Card 5% Cashback Feb-April (“Promotion”) is organised by Nium Pte. Ltd. and its affiliated entities (collectively, “Instarem”). The Terms and Conditions set out herein (“Terms”) govern this Promotion.
2. Please read the Terms carefully before participating in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, you agree and consent to be bound by these Terms and to receive notifications from Instarem regarding the Promotion.

WHAT IS THE PROMOTION?

3. This Promotion starts on 5 February 2026 at 00:00 SGT and ends on 30 April 2026 at 11:59 SGT (“Qualifying Period”).
4. To qualify for the Promotion, the customer must achieve at least SGD 10,000 in Qualifying Spend across all Instarem Business Cards issued to it in a given month.
5. Qualifying Spend means transactions which satisfy each of the following criteria:
   1. transactions that are not less than SGD 1 in value; and
   2. transactions that do not constitute a refund, chargeback or fall under any of the merchant category codes set out in the table below; and
   3. transactions that are processed during the Promotion Period (based on Singapore Time (UTC +08:00)); and
   4. transactions that are not excluded on the basis that they have utilised to receive another Instarem promotion (e.g. Welcome Spend Bonus campaign).
6. Subject to the Terms herein, participants who make an Instarem Business card transaction will be eligible for 5% cashback on a monthly basis (capped at SGD 130) for every SGD 1 spent using the Instarem Business Card for all spend except the below Merchant Category codes (or foreign currency equivalent converted to SGD and rounded down to the nearest SGD) (“Qualifying Spend”):

*MCCs are assigned by payment card organisations (e.g. Visa, MasterCard). Instarem does not have a say in the assignation of these codes. A merchant’s registered MCC may not always correspond with its nature of business.

7. Cashback is paid on the 25th of the following month after the end of the Promotion. We will credit all cashback you are entitled to receive to your Instarem Business Card Wallet on the 25th of the following month after the end of the Promotion. For example, we will credit all cashback payable to you between February and April 2026 to your Instarem Business Card Wallet by the 25th of May, 2026.
8. To qualify as a participant in the Promotion, you must, during the Qualifying Period in Singapore:
   1. be at least 18 years of age;
   2. own a registered and approved corporate Instarem account; and
   3. have a registered and approved Instarem Business card.
   
   
   

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

9. Instarem may at its sole and absolute discretion at any time and without prior notice to you: (a) amend or vary the Terms; (b) forfeit, disqualify or refuse to allow any user to participate in the Promotion without having to provide any reasons or justifications; and/or (c) modify, withdraw or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promotion or any part thereof. Instarem is not obliged to provide any reason, explanation, or clarification to anyone, regardless of their participation in the Promotion.
10. Any decision made by Instarem in relation to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal review shall not be entertained.
11. Instarem will not be liable or responsible for any issues with any network, software provider or any technical limitations or breakdown that adversely affect your participation in the Promotion.
12. Instarem will not be liable or responsible to you for any claims of loss or damage including loss of business, revenue or profits, or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Promotion.
13. Any collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for this Promotion will be in accordance with Instarem’s privacy policy, a copy of which may be accessed here https://www.instarem.com/info/all-policies.
14. The terms and conditions relating to the use of the Instarem Business account, and the Instarem Business Card continue to apply and are incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which may be accessed here https://www.instarem.com/info/all-policies.
15. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these Terms and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.
16. These Terms shall be governed by the law of Singapore and all participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
