Instarem offers three key roles, each with specific access and responsibilities: 

Admin (Full access) 

• Manages onboarding and assigns roles 

• Applies for and issues business cards 

• Views and manages all card transactions and settings 

• Blocks or unblocks any card 

Maker/checker (Limited access) 

• Sets up (maker) or approves (checker) single and batch payments 

• Views account activity and downloads statements 

• Manages recipients and accounting bank feeds 

Card holder (Card-specific access) 

• Views card details and transactions 

• Accesses settings defined by the Admin 

• Temporarily locks their card if needed 

These roles ensure secure, streamlined account management while giving teams the right level of access for their responsibilities.
