My eSIM isn’t working – what should I do?

Follow these steps based on your mobile device.
iOS devices:
- Make sure data roaming and cellular data are both on.
- Your cellular data should be set to your Instarem eSIM.
- Turn off Limit IP Address Tracking if it’s enabled.
- If you’re still having trouble, reset your network settings: go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings). Your phone may restart. Resetting the network on your iPhone will NOT delete any of your personal data like photos, videos, apps, documents, music, etc. This reset is to fix any cellular and connectivity issues you may be experiencing on your iPhone.
Android devices:
- Make sure data roaming and cellular data are both on.
- Your cellular data should be set to your Instarem eSIM.
- Turn off Limit IP Address Tracking if it’s enabled.
- Once done, restart your phone.
