How do I freeze or block my Instarem Business Card? 

To Freeze: 

  1. Go to the specific card’s page. 
  1. Click and confirm Freeze Card. 
  1. You’ll receive a notification and email once the card is frozen. 

Note: 

  • Both Admins and Employees can freeze a card. 
  • A frozen card can be unfrozen using the same steps. 


To Block: 

  1. Go to the specific card’s page. 
  1. Click and confirm Block Card. 
  1. You’ll receive a notification and email once the card is blocked. 

Note: 

  • Only Admins can block a card. 
  • Once blocked, the card cannot be unblocked, and you will need to issue a new card.
