Can I withdraw my wallet balance?
Yes, you can withdraw your SGD wallet balance to your bank account. However, only funds that you personally funded can be withdrawn. This includes:
- Bank transfers (PayNow, eGIRO, direct bank transfers)
- Direct top-ups via your bank account
The following cannot be withdrawn but can be spent on your card or in-app:
- Cashback and promotional credits
- Referral rewards (InstaPoints)
- Top-ups made via Apple Pay or linked credit/debit cards
Your app shows your “Withdrawable amount” separately from your total wallet balance. If you request a withdrawal exceeding your withdrawable amount, it will be declined.
You can spend your entire wallet balance, including cashback and rewards, freely on your amaze card online or in-store without any restrictions.
