Will I receive notifications for auto top-up?
Yes, you’ll receive notifications by email and on your phone (if enabled) for important updates, including when:
- Auto top-up is successfully set up
- Auto top-up is turned off
- An auto top-up is successful
- An auto top-up fails
If an auto top-up attempt fails, we’ll notify you so you can manually top up your wallet or check your linked bank account.
