SPEND TO FLY PROMOTION (12 FEBRUARY 2026 – 31 MARCH 2026) – TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Spend to Fly promotion (“Promotion”) is organised and provided by Nium Pte. Ltd. (“Instarem”). The Terms and Conditions set out herein (“Terms”) govern this Promotion.
Please read the Terms carefully before participating in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, you agree and consent to be bound by these Terms and to receive notifications from Instarem regarding the Promotion.

WHAT IS THE PROMOTION?

This Promotion starts on 12 February 2026 at 00:00 SGT and ends on 31 March 2026, 23:59 SGT (“Promotion Period”) and only eligible for Singapore residents at least 18 years of age.

Participant(s) who make an amaze transaction will be awarded InstaPoints according to the table below (“Qualifying Spend”):

Participant must agree to the Instarem and amaze card terms and conditions and Instarem’s privacy policy.
Participant(s) must fulfil the Qualifying Spend within the campaign period to receive the 1,000 KrisFlyer Miles reward + participation in Lucky Draw Bonus. InstaPoints will be credited by the 25th of the following month after the campaign ends.
One participant out of the first 500 users will be selected randomly to receive the Lucky Draw Bonus reward of 88,000 KrisFlyer Miles (in 264,000 InstaPoints).
Maximum InstaPoints a participant can receive under this promotion is 267,000 InstaPoints.

“Qualifying Spend” refers to:

Any retail transaction (including face-to-face or online purchases) made in foreign (non-SGD) currency using the Instarem amaze card.
Qualifying Spend must be made on the Instarem amaze card issued to the eligible user.
The transaction does not constitute a refund, chargeback or fall under any of the merchant category codes set out here: https://www.instarem.com/help-personal/mcc-exclusions/;
Transaction date is based on Singapore Time (UTC +08:00) and must be posted during the Campaign Period to count as Qualifying Spend.
Cancelled, declined, refunded or unpaid transactions (whether in part or in full) will not be considered for the computation of Qualifying Spend.

 OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

InstaPoints expire within twelve (12) months of being credited.
Instarem may at its sole and absolute discretion at any time and without prior notice to you: (a) amend or vary the Terms; (b) forfeit, disqualify or refuse to allow any user to participate in the Promotion without having to provide any reasons or justifications; and/or (c) modify, withdraw or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promotion or any part thereof.
Instarem is not obliged to provide any reason, explanation, or clarification to anyone, regardless of their participation in the Promotion.
Any decision made by Instarem in relation to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal review shall not be entertained.
Instarem will not be liable or responsible for any issues with any network, software provider or any technical limitations or breakdown that adversely affect your participation in the Promotion.
Instarem will not be liable or responsible to you for any claims of loss or damage including loss of business, revenue or profits, or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Promotion.

In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these Terms and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.
